MicroTest’s Program Performance is a fully supported tool to help your organization collect and analyze key data on program activities, effectiveness and efficiencies. Assessing your program’s performance involves collecting data that should be gathered as a routine part of program operations and available internally. Armed with MicroTest data, our members are able to provide more efficient and effective client services and advocate more vigorously for microenterprise development in the United States. Our process organizes data in a helpful framework that allows programs to answer such key questions as: Are we meeting our outreach goals? Are we moving toward scale? Are we using our internal resources efficiently? To view the framework details, click here.
