3-5 pounds ground turkey
3 whole eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup minced bell pepper
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced celery
1/4 cup minced fresh garlic
1 1/2 tablespoons Lawry's seasoning salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
(2 cups turkey gravy from powder mix or can)
1) Mix together all ingredients (except gravy).
2) Make desired size meatballs.
3) Brown lightly in skillet with a little canola oil (2 T.).
4) After cooking meatballs about 10 minutes, put into large baking/roasting pan.
5) Pour gravy over meatballs; cover with lid.
6) Bake pre-cooked meatballs in hot over (300 degrees) for 20 minutes.
YIELD: Approximately 25-30 servings
Works great with a summer salad, rolls and veggies.
